  • We process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. The delivery time varies depending on the carrier and the destination country.

  • We guarantee the delivery of the package within 4-10 business days after receiving payment.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. That’s why we offer a generous and easy return and exchange policy. Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  • You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging, with the receipt and tags attached.

  • You can choose to receive a full refund, in exchange for another item of the same or lower value.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or damaged, or we made a mistake in your order. In that case, we will cover the return shipping cost and send you a prepaid label.
